We serve sliced meat and vegetables (Japanese leek, tofu, konnyaku, onion, etc). Cook with special soy sauce.
You dip these into raw egg, and eat it.

We serve steak (flavored salt and pepper).
Grill on a pan with vegetables with oil.
You eat it with grated radish and lemon flavor soy sauce.

We serve sliced meat and vegetables. Put these into boiled water for a few seconds.
You eat it with vinegar flavor sauce.

You eat it. This is healthful food.
